1. Who we are
KeepUp provides modern infrastructure for growing businesses, including premium websites, booking systems, customer experience tools, and ongoing technical support delivered through a single subscription. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean KeepUp. References to "you" or "your" mean the business or individual using our services.
2. Your subscription
When you start a plan with KeepUp, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and scope of work shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time and your plan will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may adjust pricing for future renewal periods. We will always let you know in writing before any change takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.
3. What we deliver
We build, host, and maintain the digital systems agreed in your plan. This typically includes design, development, hosting, performance monitoring, ongoing updates, and reasonable support during business hours. Custom work outside of your plan is quoted separately and added to your next invoice once approved.
4. What we need from you
To do our best work, we rely on timely access to brand assets, written content, accounts, and approvals. If a project is paused because we are waiting on you for more than thirty days, we may close the active work and reopen it when you are ready.
5. Ownership
You own your brand assets, your content, and the final published website produced for your business. We retain ownership of our internal frameworks, templates, and code libraries that we use across multiple clients. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those tools to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use KeepUp services for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others. We reserve the right to suspend or end a subscription if a business is using our infrastructure in ways that put other clients, our reputation, or our partners at risk.
7. Third party services
KeepUp connects to a range of trusted providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email, and bookings. Your use of those providers may also be subject to their own terms, which we will point you to whenever relevant.
8. Liability
We work hard to keep your systems online, secure, and performing well, but no digital platform is immune to outages or external incidents. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Ending the relationship
You can cancel your plan from your client portal or by writing to our team. We can end a plan if invoices remain unpaid after reasonable reminders, or if the acceptable use section above is broken. On cancellation we will hand over your final assets, exported content, and any reasonable transition information you need.
10. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. When we make a material change we will notify you by email and post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
